Jeffrey’s current mission, and at this year’s retreat, is to focus on sharing strategies and exploring secrets by brainstorming with landlords nationwide on what has worked best in helping them to go further in their rental and real estate business. Jeffrey has invited a couple of the top, experienced, real estate trainers in the country, who also don’t believe in settling for less, but have taken their own personal real estate experiences to greater levels. More importantly, they are coming to share with us what they have learned and do differently than the typical landlord to achieve greater wealth and freedom. The invited trainers include:

We put on a one-of-a-kind Landlord Retreat at a beautiful resort once a year. This is a getaway experience like no other which some of the top 100 most successful landlords across the country get together annually in a totally relaxed environment to network and participate in several mastermind sessions and focus on a specific topic or theme.

I am excited to announce this year’s theme: Go All The Way!! Why this topic? To be frank, after doing the rental business for over 30 years, and learning so much the hard way, I’m tired of seeing so many landlords not reach their ultimate rental property goals.

Most typical landlords even after doing this business for many years don’t acquire more than 5, 10, or 20 rentals. And the ones who do, still have only acquired half, or less, of what they originally set out to acquire.

My most current mission, and at this year’s retreat, I now focus on sharing strategies and exploring secrets by brainstorming among landlord nationwide including upcoming retreat attendees on what has worked best in helping you to go further in your rental and real estate business.

I know it was not until after 20 years of owning and managing rentals that I started doing some things differently that enabled me to go from 50 to 100 to 150 to nearly 200 in less than 5 to 7 years, and reach my original real estate investing goal. What was magic about the number 200. Nothing really, except that I originally had a mentor name Nick Koon, a successful real estate investor out of Ohio, who had 200 rentals, and I wanted to be like him when I grew up :).

But again, it took me nearly 30 years to get here. And if I had to do it again, and even now moving forward, I go about buying and managing differently and many other investors have similar stories of what they have learned and do differently to help them go further in their road to success and freedom. These are the type of experiences we will be exploring and revealing at this year’s retreat.

And, it’s not about reaching a certain number, because everyone has different goals. However, it is about learning how to actually reach whatever is your goal. It’s about GOING ALL THE WAY, not part the way, not half the way, but ALL the way!

Hey, here’s the best news!! Unlike some real estate gurus, I am not inviting you to come to a special four day or week long event for 10, 20 or $30,000. That’s not what I’m all about. I’m talking about coming together, networking, brainstorming and learning in a master mind environment for 4 days for LESS than $1000 per person and get this – that INCLUDES the cost of your resort room at a beautiful Marriott resort and two buffet meals per day!! Are you kidding me?? I even give you an extra discount per person if you are a current Mr Landlord subscriber, attended a prior getaway conference or have previously bought my course. Just ask about discounts when you call.

Folks, it doesn’t get any better than this. Take time to getaway from your normal routine home and rental environment at the beginning of the year to get refreshed, refocused and get ready to be on track to GO ALL THE WAY in the next year.
Helping Landlords Go to the Next Level,

Jeffrey Taylor

P.S. By the way, this really is a fun, relaxed environment. In case you or your spouse are asking: “Wait a minute Jeffrey, this is not like those cruise, boot camp or convention events where you have us in a room learning all day with no time for personal enjoyment of the resort, the exotic location, amenities and tourist attractions?”

Glad you asked! Our retreats are the one event each year where the goal is to have FUN and relax as well as learn. Each day we only go until 1pm with the training. The rest of the day is to enjoy the awesome resort and exotic location. This getaway landlord retreat is the perfect tax-deductible, learning/vacation environment for a rental owner like yourself?? Take time to enjoy the fruits of your labor while you can actually still enjoy it.
